At 5StarBeautyBar, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our BLOOM Beauty Brushes are designed with care to deliver luxurious, elegant, and professional results. Due to the nature of our products, we offer replacements only.
Replacement Policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to provide a replacement. To qualify for a replacement:
- Submit your request within 10 days of receiving your product.
- Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect or damage.

Please note that replacement requests outside the 10-day window will not be honored.
Care Instructions:
Our makeup brushes are crafted with delicate natural materials and are designed for optimal performance. To maintain their quality:
- Wash brushes using only the specific washing instructions provided.
- Avoid improper cleaning methods, as this can compromise the integrity of the bristles, ferrule and handle.
We reserve the right to deny replacements if brushes show signs of improper care or misuse.
